Joseph B. Hogan (Age84), of Springfield, VA on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Capital Caring in Arlington,VA. Beloved husband of Lois Hogan; loving father of Jeb Hogan (Geische), Daniel Hogan and Lynn Hogan; devoted grandfather of Heather, Sean, Patrick, Christine, Kari and Emily. Joseph is also survived by his siblings, Donald Hogan (Ann), Marion O’Donnell and Richard Hogan. Joseph is preceded in death by siblings, Rev. John Hogan, Jean O’Neill, William Hogan and a brother- in-law, Charles O’Donnell.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at DEMAINE FUNERAL HOME, 5308 BACKLICK RD. SPRINGFIELD, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 10:30am St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, 7600 Old Keene Mill Rd., Springfield, VA 22152. Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 10:00am.
