Of Springfield, on May 19, at the age of 67. Beloved mother of Dawn (Ed) Ross and John Daniels; dear grandmother of Sarah, Rachel, and Nathalie; niece of Betty Carter; and cousin of Michael Carter, Mark Carter, Jody Heflin and Colleen Arrington.
Judith was born in Washington, DC. She retired from the American Red Cross in 2004 after 15 years of service, She worked in the disaster accounting area specifically processing payments to vendors in disaster areas across the country, as well as assisting displaced people with their immediate needs following tragedy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Judith’s memory to a local branch of the Humane Society or to the American Red Cross.
