Born, 1922, in Jamestown, NY, died peacefully March 2, in Springfield, VA with his wife, Marilyn, children, Kevin, Kim and Ken, and family by his side. A longtime golfer at Springfield Golf & Country Club, Andy was a retired FBI special agent, accomplished athlete and talented musician. He was dedicated to the St Mark’s Choir, Northern Virginia Chorale, the University of MD, and the Washington Redskins. He spread the joy of his Christian faith through song and friendship and taught us how to play, compete, and live passionately in this world. He will be missed and will be celebrated this Friday, from 6-8pm at Demaine Funeral Home, and funeral Saturday morning at 11am at St Mark’s Lutheran Church, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Andy’s favorite charity, The Central Union Mission, is appreciated.
