On Friday, March 23, 2018, at home in Springfield, Virginia. Loving mother of Joseph E. (Jeb) Hogan (Gesche), Daniel C. Hogan, and Lynn C. Hogan; devoted grandmother of Heather, Sean, Patrick, Christine, Kari, and Emily. Lois is survived by her half-sister, Paula Stewart, and a half-brother, Daniel L. Bowman. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph B. Hogan, half-brother William Bowman, sister-in-law Jean O’Neill, and brothers-in-law Rev. John Hogan, William Hogan, and Richard Hogan.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at DEMAINE FUNERAL HOME, 5308 BACKLICK RD., SPRINGFIELD, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 7600 Old Keene Mill Rd., Springfield, VA. Internment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
