Austrian born military spouse, gold star wife. She was born on January 5, 1931 and passed away on August 26, 2012 in Ohio at 81 years old. Beloved wife of the late SFC Thomas J. Nugent Jr. Preceded in death by five siblings. Survived by her sons, Michael (Tara), Jerry (Kelly), Patrick (Cheri); grandchildren, Nancy, Thomas, Ashley, Haley, Todd and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Brayden. Visitation will be held September 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. with prayer service at 7 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd., Springfield, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8170 Mount Vernon Highway, Alexandria, VA on Friday, September 7 at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, September 26 at 3 p.m.
