Someone as special as Mark will never be forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in Peace.

Mark will be missed so much in our Springfield office.  Mark was a friend to everyone because of his kind demeanor. I will miss talking Redskins and Giants with Mark during football seasons. Mark was a Religious man that loved his family very much. 

My brother and I and our staff have known Mark for over 20 years, working with him as a Fairfax County Site Facilities inspector on our development projects in Fairfax County.  He was in our office on Thursday, 8/22 to review bond release procedures and we were shocked to hear the sad news on Friday.  

Mark was a great person and an excellent employee for Fairfax County.  He always worked with us with the utmost professionalism and integrity.  We will miss his friendly demeanor and his helpful knowledge of land development.
