Meara McFerran entered this world on January 17, 2015, along with her twin sister Layla. Meara was vibrant, healthy, and full of giggles and happiness. She passed away in the arms of her parents, Jace and Andrea McFerran on the morning of May 8, 2015. In her short time, she touched the lives of so many. Although she was so small, she was so brave and helped bring strength to her family. Through this tragedy, Meara was able to save the lives of several other babies with the donation of her organs.
She will be forever missed by her mom and dad, her sister, and her grandparents, Alan and Bonnie Karlin, and Gary and Susann McFerran. Meara was greeted in heaven by her Great Grandpa who passed this April.
A memorial service brunch is planned for 11:00am on June 6, 2015 at The Journey Church in Springfield, VA.
