Monique was Born in Paris, France and resided during the Occupation of Paris during WWII. She was a long time resident of Fairfax County. She was employed as a beautician in excess of 50 years. Monique is survived by her husband Bill, Two Daughters, Jackie and Karen and 4 grandchildren, Justin, Brent, Samantha, Billy and one great granddaughter Riley, one nephew Rick and many friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Demaine’s Funeral Home located on Backlick Rd., Sprigfield, VA on Monday, May 30, 2016 between 3 and 5 PM. The family request that donations be made in Monique’s name to the ASPCA or Humane Society.
