Loving wife of John, mother of David and James, mother-in-law of Pam and Sara, and grandmother of Katie, AJ, Eclipse, Rebecca, Melissa, and Jessica.
Pat was born in California to Bill and Betty Nesbit on July 30, 1946. She married the love of her life, John Charbonneau in 1968. She spent her career working for the Fairfax County Public School System in the Area Offices and for the School Board.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband John and her sister Michelle.
Pat is survived by her mother Betty Stone, her sons David and James, her daughters-in-law Pam and Sara, and her grandchildren Katie, AJ, Eclipse, Rebecca, Melissa, and Jessica.
A casual celebration of Pat’s life will be held on Saturday April 9th, at 11 a.m. at Christ Church, 7600 Ox Road, Fairfax Station, VA 22039. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society or to Christ Church.
