Paul Gerald Costin

Paul G. Costin, 83, gently passed away on January 20, 2021 in Fairfax, VA. He was born and raised in Troy, NY and married Barbara Lazzo in 1962. They raised their family in Altamont, NY, where he volunteered his talent as a photographer for local celebrations, participated in planning the annual Altamont Fair and in creating the Guilderland Performing Arts Center. Paul retired from the communications department of the New York State Senate. In 1999, he relocated to Fairfax, VA, to live near his children and grandchildren. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara in 2016. Paul is survived by his daughters Bridgette Costin Khoo, Sheila Costin, their husbands, and 3 grandchildren.
