Phillip Harley Babcock Jr.

On October 31st, 2021 Phillip Harley Babcock Jr. passed away at age 62. Beloved son of Mary Ellen Eastwood Babcock, sister of Victoria O'Toole, uncle of Kelly O'Toole-Leonard (Andre). He is also survived by an aunt, Pamela Eastwood (Donald) and several cousins in North Carolina. Born in Washington D.C., he grew up in Alexandria, Va. He succumbed to a number of health issues at Inova Fairfax Hospital. A special thanks to cousin Fern Pitchford of Roanoke Rapids, NC for her help during this trying time. Thanks to concerned neighbors and friends. Also thanks to the doctors and nurses at Inova Fairfax Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. A graveside service will be held at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC, where he will be interred beside his father on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 1:00PM. Demaine Funeral Home in Springfield, Va. and Wrenn Clarke & Hagen Funeral Home in Roanoke Rapids, NC are assisting with arrangements.
