Regina S. Benson

Passed away on September 14, 2022 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of 71 years of William A. (Bill) Benson (deceased 2013), loving mother of Lois (Edward Lopez) Benson, Leslie (Rick) Mays, Paul (Pam) Benson, Jean (Milan) Shepherd; grandmother of Meredith (Aaron) Campbell; great grand-mother of Abigail, Hannah, Justus and Nathan Campbell. Regina retired from the CIA after a dedicated career of over 23 years. After retiring Regina and Bill spent 30 years in Clearwater, FL before relocating back to Northern Virginia. A private memorial service will be held at GreenSpring Village, Springfield, VA and inurnment will take place at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
