I was so very sorry to learn of Richard's passing.  He was a wonderful person to have around our library, where he volunteered regularly as a book mender.  He's certainly missed at the George Mason Regional Library.

Kathy - We are both so sad to hear of Richard's passing, and consider ourselves so blessed to have enjoyed the many dinners and get-togethers we have had as a part of Holy Spirit's Tables of Eight.  Thank you for sharing your home with us.  We will miss him and his kind gentle nature.

Mrs. Goehner, Rich was one of the most pleasant and most professional people I've had the pleasure to work with on the JEDMICS program. Although I could never get used to him hitting the ball from the other side, I fondly remember our golf outings as some of the most enjoyable conversation I've had on the course. Rich was a true blessing in my life and in many others that he touched.

To Kathy and the rest of the Goehner family; our thoughts and prayers are with you. Richard was so special and the entire world was a much better place while he was part of it.
