A loving and dedicated father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is survived by his daughter Cynthia Dinkins, his sons, Robert James, and Robert Anthony, his grandchildren: Courtney Dinkins, David Dinkins, and Robert James Dinkins. His great grandchildren: David, Cheryl, and Phinehas River.
A man who once loved to golf, spend time in the garden with his beloved wife Carolyn, and an avid fan of the Washington Commanders.
Services will be held May 13, 2026 at Demaine Funeral and Cremation in Spring, VA from 11am to 3pm.
