

Robert Anthony Perrotti aka "Bob", 76, passed away, May 14, 2016, after many long illnesses. Born in Johnston, Rhode Island on January 22, 1940, he graduated from high school in Cranston, Rhode Island. He then joined the U.S. Army, met his first wife, and became a father of a beautiful baby boy whom they named Vincent.
Bob worked all his life. In 1962, he began service in the U.S. Army that lasted for six years, four of which were with the White House Communications Agency. His dedication and tireless efforts did not go unnoticed, and he received notable recognition during his tenure there. Following his military service. Bob started a TV repair business in Woodbridge, VA. that he ran for a number of years. He would then embarked on a thirty-plus year career with the U.S. Army as a civilian, where he received numerous awards. No matter what job or task he was given, he was known and recognized for getting the job done.
He was very much loved and an enjoyable person to be around. He was always willing to share and to help others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Preceded in death by his son Vincent Perrotti, father Ernest Perrotti, mother Yvonne Perrotti, brother Charles Perrotti and sister Carol Perrotti. He is survived by his second wife of 44 years, Rita Perrotti of Springfield, VA.
Bob, we will miss you, but we cherish our memories of you.
