Liebste Tante Ruth,
it is really weird for me to adress these last lines to you because I actually still can´t believe that we won´t see each other anymore. I hear you talking, laughing and smiling and it is really unfair, you are no longer gonna share all those things with us. I´m pretty sure, that Uncle Jimmy and your sisters missed you so badly,  they couldn´t bare to wait for you any longer..! So please send them my love and have a lovely time playing Rommé and Räuberrommé.

words can't express how much I will miss you. After Grossmama and Tante Lilo were gone, you were a real grandmother to me and I will miss it so much talking to you on the phone for hours and seeing you in Berlin once a year. 
You were such an enrichment to my life. I will always keep you in memory.

I am glad we spend a holiday in Bad Schwartau and in Mallorca.Tante Ruth had always a lot to tell.I will miss her.

Ruth was a member of our Aquafit water aerobics class at Burke Swim/Racquet Club. I stood directly behind Ruth in the pool and we would share many jokes together. She would always attend our monthly parties, bringing her homemade lemon meringue pie which was a special delight to us. She was so fit, attending classes at the gym at least 5 days a week. She was a role model for all of us. We will miss her.

I've lost my Tante Ruth.....for ever! But I will carry her in my heard....for ever! Ruhe in Frieden

Ruth was an inspiration to all. So friendly, so warm, so helpful, so fit. I can picture her walking to Spa Lady with her husband years ago like it was yesterday.  More recently, I can see her invigorated from a swim at Burke Racquet.  She was an amazing woman.

I remember when I first started water aerobics nine years ago joking with Ruth that I wanted to be as fit as her and the times she would tease me about going out in the cold weather with wet hair.  She was a warm and loving person.

My sincere condolences to the family. I will miss her presence at Aquafit where she was a regular always having a smile on her face. May she rest in peace.
