Stephen was born January 1, 1967 in Virginia to Jeanne Marie and the late Jerry G. Brown. Stephen is survived by his wife Nancy Marie Brown of 27 years and his sons Christopher Stephen, Nicholas Sullivan, and Andrew Fisher. He is also survived by his three siblings Celine, Matthew, and Teresa.
Steve loved sports, hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors but most of all he loved his family.
