Ann is survived by her niece, Jayne-Ann (Ken) Wood, and nephew, David R. Williams; great nieces & nephews, Jason, Kendra, Kamryn, and Sydnee; cousin, Dorothy “Dee” Rayfield; her long-time companion’s son, Neil T. Ewing Jr., and his wife Kelly; and many other extended family members and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Edna Hearst; sister, Patricia Misko; and long-time companion of over 23 years, Neil “Tom” Ewing.
Ann worked for White-Rodgers Electric before retiring for medical reasons, after serving the company for over 30 years. She was an active member and Captain of her card club, as well as an active member of Chapter A of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. Ann enjoyed bowling, playing cards, travelling with Tom, and watching her “Soaps” . She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Ann was a wonderful and spirited woman who will truly be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Memorial donations may be made in Ann’s name to the American Heart Association or COPD Foundation.
In lieu of flowers, balloons are preferred, as Ann always did prefer balloons over flowers.
