Barbie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Schutt; her son Alexander Schutt; and her son Zachary Schutt (Sara); her brother Joseph Stevens Jr. and her brother Larry Stevens; her granddaughters Vivienne Schutt and Violet Schutt.
Barbie was preceded in death by her father Joseph Stevens and her mother Mary Stevens; her brother Ronald Stevens.
Barbie enjoyed painting and made many masterpieces. She was also fond of gardening, yardwork, and fitness. She even earned a brown belt in Taekwondo. Barbie loved attending local St. Louis attractions such as the St. Louis Zoo, the St. Louis Art Museum, as well as Six Flags. She was a St. Louis Cardinals fan. Barbie was also fond of many musicians, including the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, and Billy Joel.
A visitation for Barbie will be held Sunday, May 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
