

Born on January 26, 1936, Cu Ly lived a long, full life grounded in love, tradition, and family. She was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Song Vinh Din and Sy Vong; her devoted husband of 70 years, Ung A Cam; her brother, Dan Tac Din; and her beloved daughter, Lin Cun Cam.
Cu Ly and Ung A Cam married in 1955, beginning a beautiful journey that spanned nearly seven decades. Their union brought forth a legacy of strong family values, resilience, and deep love. She is survived by her children Mui A Cam, Bau Phat Cam, Hoa Binh Cam (Bay Loan), Quang Binh Cam (Anh), Phu Binh Cam (Thu), Cuong Binh Cam (Ha), Phat Binh Cam (Nga), and Amie Cam. She was also the proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 19 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.
Cu Ly was known for her warm heart and spirited personality. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—visiting the temple, tending to her beautiful garden, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, traveling to Vietnam to reconnect with friends and family, and trying her luck at the casino. Above all, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren, always ready with a story, a meal, or a warm embrace.
Her presence was a gift to all who knew her. Cu Ly’s strength, generosity, and unconditional love will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and the many lives she touched. Love ❤️ forever!
A Visitation for Cu Ly will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. A Religious Ceremony will occur Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:30 AM at the same location. The Committal will be held Monday, August 11, 2025 at 10:45 AM at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 W Clay St Ste 200, Saint Charles, MO 63301.
