Debbie Richter, age 64, of Moscow Mills, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. She was born July 19, 1959, to Bill and Faye (nee: Hager) Richter. They have preceded her in death, as have her brothers Harry and Ronnie, and her sister Pat. Debbie is survived by: her children: Matt (Brittney), Heather (Bryan Modray); her grandchildren: Tyler, Lily June; her brothers: Rich (Janet), Steve (Sheryl); her nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Debbie was a warm, loving mother who dedicated her life to raising successful children. She carried that love over to her grandchildren as well, enjoying many activities with them like vacationing at the beach, playing board games, seeing Christmas lights and attending their soccer games. Debbie enjoyed cross stitch and crafts, baking and being a “coffee pot a day” lady. She was well known for her Christmas and Easter chocolates she’d create and share during the holidays.
Services: Visitation Monday, March 11, from 10:30-12:30, at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Rock Rd. St. Ann, MO 63074. Service follows at 12:30, with burial at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
