She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis N. Kampouris (2015); six brothers, Lawson, Arnold, Clifford, Willard, Harlon, and Curtis Blankenship; three sisters, Lona Street, Ilean Stanley, and Carrie Blankenship.
She is survived by one loving and caring son, Nicholas E. Kampouris of St. Louis, MO; one loving grandson, Louis Nicholas Kampouris of Granite City, IL; two brothers, Eck Blankenship of Alexandria, VA and L.D. (Marie) Blankenship of Rowe, VA; two sisters, Mavis Martin of Lebanon, VA and Daisy (Jimmie) Burress of Abingdon, VA; and a host of nieces and nephews who were very dear to her.
Mozelle retired from JoAnn’s Fabrics in 2006. After retirement, she enjoyed her part-time job with Hobby Lobby. She was an amazing seamstress and enjoyed creating décor for her home. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and flower gardening, and visiting with her family and friends.
