Elaine Helen Rice, age 92, of Hazelwood, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. She was born February 9, 1933. Elaine is survived by: children: Catherine Rice (Richard Hansard), Thomas (the late Cindy), Daniel, Marjorie Rice; her grandchildren: Lindsay, Celia, Deanna, Robyn, Emily, Donald, Daniel; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Elaine proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict, where she met her beloved husband Donald. She enjoyed numerous hobbies, including reading, playing the piano, creating freehand drawings, knitting and crocheting, counted cross stitch, and plastic canvas. She enjoyed being on a bowling league with Donald, and they enjoyed travelling together after retirement. She was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan.
The family will appreciate their guests wearing colorful, casual clothing to Elaine's funeral services.
