Francis "Frank" H. Keune

KEUNE, Francis "Frank" H., 85, Asleep in Jesus on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Dear son of the late Francis L. and Gladys (nee Swofford) Keune; beloved husband of the late Leone L. (nee Niemann) Keune; loving father of Christine (Kenneth, Jr.) Ewing and David (Dana) Keune; dear grandfather of Kenneth (Heidi) Ewing, Timothy (Jennifer) Ewing, Matthew (Alaina) Ewing, Angela (Matthew) Fuerst, David (Kristen) Keune, Jr., Leslie (Roger) Hatfield, and Jaime (Michael) Kynion; great grandfather of Kenneth and Arabella Ewing, William Fuerst, Cora, Avery, Anabelle, and Greysen Keune, Sydney and Peyton Hatfield, and Ryan Kynion; dear brother of Marcella Arbogast and the late Katherine Kleinberg and Hazel Hoover; dear brother-in-law of Darlene (David) Rodden; dear cousin, uncle, and friend to many.

Frank was an avid trout fisherman and gardener. He enjoyed playing cards and bingo and stayed busy doing crafts. His faith was especially important to him. No matter which church he attended, he was active. He will be missed by his friends at Hope Lutheran, Beautiful Savior, Holy Cross, and most recently-St. John Lutheran Church in Ellisville. He left his mark at Friendship Village as he was responsible for providing the glider in the gazebo and planting the flowers there as well.

SERVICES: Visitation 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2015. Funeral 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at ALEXANDER-WHITE-MULLEN Funeral Home. Interment is private in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
