Frank Edward Watkins, age 79, of Washington, District of Columbia "slipped the bonds of earth" to be welcomed into the presence of Jesus September 16th, 2022.

Frank dedicated his working life to the field of politics and was a champion of minority communities.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Franklin and Mollie "Ruby" (nee Fowler) Watkins. He leaves behind several cousins and relatives on both sides of his family and many friends who knew and loved him.

A public visitation for Frank will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Alexander - White - Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. A celebration of life will occur following the visitation at 11:00 AM. A committal service will be held at Valhalla Cemetery, 7600 St. Charles Rock Rd., St. Louis, MO 63133.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Trust of Frank E. Watkins PO Box 70925 Washington, DC. 20024 for the FairVote campaign.
