Geraldine J. Ferrell passed on June 11, 2026, at the age of 91. She was born March 16, 1935, to Pete and Clettus (nee: Hayes) Jarrell. They have preceded her in death, as has her step-father Chester Lafferty, and her brother Austin Jarrell. She is survived by: Her loving husband Roger Ferrell; her children: Susan Wallace (the late Mike), Michael Ferrell; her grandchildren: Tyler Ferrell, Jacob Ferrell, Mikkayla Ferrell; her siblings: Harold Jarrell, Ray Jarrell, Judith Minton; and other relatives and friends.
Geraldine was a resident of Maryland Heights, Missouri, and was head librarian of St. Louis County Library, St. Charles Rock Road Branch. She is a member of Garden Baptist Church, the Red Hat Society, and the XYZ Club. Geraldine enjoyed bowling, and in her younger years was part of a bowling league.
