Lillian J. Petru passed away peacefully on December 2, 2011, at home, surrounded by her children. Beloved wife of the late Henry Petru; dearest mother of Daniel, Marianne and Rosanne Petru; dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and “Mama” to many family friends.
Lil (a.k.a. Aunt Edie) lived a simple life of devotion to her family and the Blessed Mother.
Funeral from Alexander White-Mullen Funeral Home on Mon. Dec. 5, 2011 9:30 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church 1050 Smith Ave.. Interment to follow at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. Visitation Sun. Dec. 4, 2011 4-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Masses or Memorials in Lillian’s name to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church.
