I remember Randy hanging out with my brothers Chris and Tim Matthews and his dirt bikes.  I remember him bringing his bike over. I was maybe 13 and thought he was cute. Those were the days growing up in Cedarbrook.

Randy was my cousin and I knew him from birth...I was always interested in his adventures, especially his young baseball playing and his racing of motorcycles at a young age which led him to a state title and loads and loads of trophys. I loved Randy and he will be missed until we meet again..

I had the pleasure of racing dirt bikes with Randy in the 80's and 90's, we raced all over the county together and as good a friends as we were we were fierce competitors on the track. One time at a national in IN I was running a distant 2nd when Jonesy caught and passed me late in a 4 hour race, we must have passed each other 30 times until the end of that race but it carried us past the leader and we finished 1-2 bumping each other across the finish line. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kathy Meyer and her family for the passing of her brother Randy.  Please know we are here for you, and may your brother rest in peace in the arms of Jesus.

Time goes by so swiftly. We had so much fun when we were kids at our grandma MCcollums house riding mini bikes up and down that long driveway with my brother Victor and other cousins. Then to your granda Gotts where they would be cooking frog legs. Those memories among others I will never forget. I will see you again my dear cousin in Heaven.

we all grew up together in "bum city" as we all called it and had so many good times together. we did alot of things that we should not have but we were kids. so many of our friends have crossed over and it seems "bum city" is now a party in heaven. R.I.P. Rannell           love, liz conley

Years have a way of changing relationships between even the best of friends. Not having visited with Randy more than twice over the last decade, my memory of him spans the many years prior. Always a smile when greeted, my happiest memories where of a young man who loved his family and friends, had a passion for dirt bikes and competition, and was so proud of his home in Desoto Mo.
Randy experienced a bit of everything that life had to offer, and during better times, and better health, he excelled in a number of areas. A quiet man of many interests, he seemed to know a little about everything, and was always more than happy to help when asked. He lived for his children, Miranda and Brandon, the greatest accomplishments of his life.
A very special man who had to leave us behind to be in a better place. Our God is an Awesome God, Who offers each of us, a new existence. A home where there is no sorrow, no pain or agony. A utopia. For those who loved him, and left to grieve, please find comfort in knowing he is at peace. His Spirit lives in the rays of sunlight that warm your heart, the breeze that caresses your check, and the raindrops that soothe your sleep. Randy has reached the goal for which we all live, and he awaits those who love him. I will miss his smile, and look forward to the day we are all together again.

My father was and always will be amazing he had a heart of gold! He loved his guitars and always loved to jam he just had this colorful personality! I'll never forget the times when he took me into the toy store and told me "see all these toys, you can have any one you want" (although he forgot to mention except the Barbie Jeep:)  ) or how he'd always tell me he had to eat my food to make sure it wasn't poison just so he could get a bite of my food. He's the coolest dad a kid could ever ask for. Love you dad I'll miss you but I know you'll always be here:)
