Rita Rose White

Rita Rose White (nee: Wiesner) of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 79. She is survived by her beloved children, John (Nancy) White Jr., Jeanine (Rob) Korn, Janet (Mark) Shrewsbury, Jason (Diana) White; grandchildren Rob Korn, Tim Korn, Jennifer Dorsey (nee: Dwiggins), Jessica Dwiggins, Jeremy Dwiggins and Tyler Korn, Melissa White and Monica Dunn (nee: White), Jill Love and James Shrewsbury and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John White Sr., her father, Edward Wiesner, mother, Bernice Wiesner (nee: Ethyl), brothers Marvin, Melvin, Leslie and Kenneth Wiesner, sister, Nora Baumann, and grandson, Joe Love.

Rita was born April 13, 1946 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the late Edward and Bernice Wiesner. Rita and John were married, and from this union, John Jr., Jeanine, Janet and Jason were born. Rita was a dedicated employee of Grandpa Pidgeon's in Bridgeton, Missouri until it's closing, and continued her employment with Value City when the company acquired the chain in 1999. She retired from retail sales, but never abandoned her call to service. A friend to everyone, devout Catholic and heart of gold, Rita spent her days as a caregiver, tending to her yard and cheering on her favorite Nascar drivers. Rita enjoyed crocheting afghans, listening to the King, Elvis Presley, watching Yellowstone, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her and her memory carried on for years to come.

A visitation will be held at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, located at 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074, on October 20, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location on October 20, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm, followed by the committal service at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 11101 St Charles Rock Rd, Saint Ann, MO 63074.
