Ruth June LUCY, age 86, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022. She was the beloved wife for 56 years to the late William "Harvey" Lucy. Ruth was born June 12, 1935 in Warren, Michigan to the late William and Ruth (nee Casey) Fuhrman. Loving mother of Kathy (Scott) Thompson and Gary (Veronica) Lucy; Loving grandmother of Amiya, Sam and Molly Thompson and Mikael (Ryan Pope) and Clayton Lucy; Dear great-grandmother of Lane Pope; she is also survived by 2 sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ruth is also preceded in death by her brothers, James "Jim: and William "Bill" Fuhrman and sister Nancy Dunn.
Ruth was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma and aunt. She enjoyed quilting and tatting, and traveling but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
A memorial service will occur Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 1:00 PM, at Alexander White Mullen Funeral home 11101 St Charles Rock Rd, Saint Ann, MO 63074. Visitation will be held 12 to 1 PM at the funeral home prior to the memorial service. Interment will be at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
