Addison Lily Puma

Addison Lily Puma, amazing and loving Daughter of Vincent and Melissa (Wargo), passed away peacefully at home on her 5th birthday, Saturday, June 9th, surrounded by family and friends, after a courageous 9 month battle with brain cancer. She is survived by her brother Brewer (2 yrs) and her sister Harper (5 Months), grandparents Albert and Donna (Rines) Puma and Paul and Polly (Peplinski) Wargo, great grandfather Matthew Peplinski, great Grandmother Helen Quinn and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Addison will be remembered for her strength, bravery, determination, sense of humor, positive attitude and zest for life. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-9pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. Additional visitation will take place on Wednesday from 11:30 AM until 12 noon, the time of her funeral mass at St. Joan of Arc Church, St. Clair Shores.
