Adelaida Bethell, age 79, of Harrison Township, Michigan passed away on November 13, 2021. She was born on November 10, 1942 on the island of Bohol to the proud parents of Pedro and Sabina Ballu. Adelaida was the beloved asawa to Tom Bethell for 53 years. She is the loving mother to Lorraine (Matt) Langley and the late Natalie Bethell. Adelaida is the cherished grandmother to Jessica Carpenter, Tiffany Johnson, and Michaelah Kolaski and great grandmother to Sterling Gatzmer. She was an exceptional woman who cared deeply for her family and showed kindness and generosity to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed. Memorial visitation will be held on November 27, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan. The eulogy will be given at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on November 28, 2021 at 10:30 am at, St. Louis Catholic Church, 24415 Crocker Blvd, Clinton Twp, Michigan. There will be a blessing of the ashes after mass. Memorial donations in Adelaida’s memory can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
