Allan R. Mahoney, age 80, a longtime resident of St. Clair Shores, died on Thursday, July 22, 2016 at his residence. He was born on January 12, 1936 in Detroit. Mr Mahoney was a Veteran of the Marine Corps and was employed for many years as Locomotive Engineer for the railroad. Dear Father of Denis (Melanie), Cindy (Daniel) Olsen, Linda (Jerry) Bondy and Dan (Kathleen). Loving grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 8. Brother of Lee (Jean) and Charlie (Dorothy) . He was preceded in death by his wife Jean and his siblings Gerald (Betty), and Dave (Amy). Memorials honoring the memory of Mr. Mahoney may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Fund.
