I miss you everyday.I know we didn't see each other every day, but a piece of my Marine world is gone

I just hope Top Gaglio being a Staff NCO, they give you a day or two off up there and not task you to fill in for the officer of the day (only Marines will get my humor).  Semper Fidelis.

I was very sorry to learn of Benny's passing. We served together with the Detroit Battalion for many years. Benny was a great leader and dedicated Marine. It was an honor to have served with him.

I proudly served with Ben, during Desert Storm.  He had a great sense of humor, and I enjoyed his Friendship. We shared some stressful times as well as some wonderful times together.   Semper Fi My Friend!

Thank you Benny for always being super friendly, kind and giving to my grandchildren, husband and me. We truly enjoyed all the parties hosted by you and Nancy for the Post children. Especially, letting even a big kid like me take a photo with you dressed as Santa. You will be truly missed. Thank you for your years in service protecting us and our USA. Having served with Master Sergeant Benny Gaglio in H&S Company, 1st Battalion, 24th Marines @ the Broadhead Naval Armory on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, near the entrance to Belle Isle, during the late 1970s and early 1980s I can honestly say that I am a better man and a better Marine.  To a Marine such as Benny Gaglio that is the ultimate compliment.  He earned it.  Wish I could be there to render him the final salute that he so richly deserves.  May an all-knowing, all-loving, all-powerful, all-forgiving God wrap him in his strong, tender arms and hold him next to his loving breast for all eternity. Rest in Peace Marine.  God bless and Semper Fidelis!!!

"RIP" our friend.  We had many wonderful times together with you and Nancy. I will always remember your wedding. I, Birdie, was the only sober one at the table and, believe it or not, the only one behaving. I have no idea who was instrumental in getting the others to misbehave!  I had nothing to do with it. HONEST!!  

Memories of Benny  will always remain with us.

Benny was a good man with a kind heart. I remember many good times with Benny on Holidays in Pa, shooting pool, bowling, throwing darts. He was a good friend and an honored veteran.

I'm so sorry to hear of Ben's passing.  My heart goes out to  Linda, Regina and Jeff and his grandchildren.

My favorite memories of Uncle Benny are of him sitting there with a towel in his lap and eating a big bag sunflower seeds and eating banana Popsicles with him in front of the TV at Mam and Pap's house in PA. And how he would pinch our cheeks. He was very loved by myself and was one of my favorite Uncles.  I hope my cousins find comfort and peace as they deal with the loss of their dad/grandpa. RIP MSG / Uncle Benny.
