It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine (Kitty) Terneas our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Cherished by all who knew her for her kindness and unwavering support. She touched countless lives throughout her life's journey bringing warmth and joy to every moment, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.
Kitty had a great passion and enthusiasm for everything she did. From a young age, her talents could be seen in her drawings and paintings. Kitty had a natural gift of artistic expression. This included creating her own fashion statements to her food presentations.
For many years Kitty worked in the hospitality industry; beginning with the Whittier Hotel, Hillcrest Country Club and culminating as owner of Hospitality House Banquet Hall. As a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce she designed a pennant flag for Richmond's Good Olde Days. Additionally, She enjoyed the challenges of buying and selling properties as a real estate broker. Kitty was a long term member of the Eagles and Moose Lodge.
We honor her memory, celebrate her achievements, and hold close the precious moments shared. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit remains with us always.
Kitty is survived by her son Raymond DiMeo; daughter Patricia Mazzola (Tony Pacifico); daughter Maxine Wood (Bill Wood); grandson Paul Mazzola (Jessica Mazzola); great grandchildren Quinn and Morgan Mazzola; and her long term companion Ronald (Juno) Blount.
