Clinton Danny Jackson, 86, was born on December 2, 1939, in Detroit, Michigan, to parents Clarence and Lucille Jackson. He passed away on August 26, 2026. Clinton resided in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
From an early age, Clinton carried himself with a steady sense of duty and purpose. After graduation, he went on to serve in the United States Army, a commitment that reflected the work ethic and quiet strength that would remain evident throughout his life. He was a devoted man of faith, which was showcased wholeheartedly in his life.
Clinton was a certified electrician, a trade that suited his dependable nature and the pride he took in honest, hard-earned work. After retirement, he spent his time being a farmer and tinkerer, enjoying the simplicity of nature around him. Those who knew him best will remember not only what he did, but the considerate spirit with which he did it—marked by kindness, patience, humor, and a genuine care for others.
Clinton was the beloved husband of 30 years to Juliette Jackson. He is was loving father to Nadia Jackson, Josiah Jackson, Lydia Jackson, Lydeen Ramirez, Craig Jackson, and Krista Jackson. He was a dear brother to Reta (the late Doug) Bryant and Christopher Jackson. Clinton was preceded in death by his parents, brother Richard Moscarello, and sister Cindy Jackson.
Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, beginning with a 10:00 am gathering until time of service at 11:00 am, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
Visitation Tuesday, September 1, 2026, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.
Clinton will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan 48442, at 2:00 pm with honors following his services.
