Conrad (Corrado) De Michiel, 93, of St. Clair Shores passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 29, 2018. Conrad was a WWII Veteran in the Army/Air Force. He used this opportunity in the armed forces to further his education by becoming an optometrist. He was an independent thinker, a man of simple means, whose family meant everything to him. One of his favorite things in life was to dance… he’s dancing in heaven now.
Our dad is survived by three daughters, Charlene Chase, Lynn Marzetti, and Barb Dominski, as well as two sons, Conrad and David DeMichiel. He was a Grandpa to Marcus & Mykal Marzetti, Dane & Mitchell Dominski, and Jakki & Cory Zirbel. He was a Great Grandpa to Maeve & Remi Zirbel. Corrado is also survived by his brother Robert DeMichiel, sister Maryann Scarnecchia, Julita DeMichiel and families.
Visitation will be in Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, on Friday Nov 2, from 4 to 8 p.m. with a vigil rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be in the funeral home on Saturday, Nov 3 at 10 a.m. Please share a memory or leave a condolence message.
