Danny Keith Weaver

Danny graduated from South Lake High School and, following graduation, enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He served with pride, carrying forward the steady courage and sense of duty that marked his life.

After his military service, Danny went on to work for the United States Postal Service for many years, retiring after a long career defined by hard work and reliability. It was during his time at the post office that he met his soon-to-be wife, Mary.

Danny and Mary were married for 25 years, and together they made many happy memories. Danny was a loving father to Danny Weaver Jr., Danielle (Isaac) Livingston, Cari (Jeremy) Nelson, Crystal (Raymond) Tisdelle, and Brandon Lipke. He was a cherished grandfather to Madison (Ryan) Schwab, Brandon Weaver, Sara Weaver, Zohe Nelson, Lailee Nelson, Shelby Tisdelle, and Samantha Tisdelle. He was a cherished brother to Dawn Weaver-Wiggins, April (Scott) Hurt and a brother-in-law to Chris (Greg) Griessel, Paul DeBene, Jim DeBene, Chuck (Diane) DeBene, and Annie (Joe) Snover. Danny was a beloved son to Julia Yates. He was preceded in death by his father J.T. Weaver and his sister Debbie Robertson. Danny was also a proud uncle to many of his nieces and nephews.

Danny remained deeply proud of his time and service in the Marine Corp. He enjoyed playing cards—especially poker—along with trips to the casino. He also liked to bowl and golf, and he valued opportunities to travel to see family in Tennessee when he could. Above all, family was central to his life, and those who knew him will remember his kind heart, quiet wisdom, and devoted presence.

Danny was also proud of his brothers and sisters in the armed services at the Bruce Post, and he appreciated the time he was able to spend with them.

Visitation Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.

Funeral Service will take place on Monday, June 8, 2026, beginning with a gathering at 9:00 am, until time of service at 10:00 am, at the funeral home.

Burial will take place following the services at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Danny are suggested to the Cpl. Walter F. Bruce VFW Post 1146 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
