Florence M. Frescura, age 99, passed away on January 6, 2022. She was born on May 6, 1922 in Detroit, Michigan to her dear parents William and Anna Gross. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Reno, and her two brothers Howard Gross and Gordon Gross. Florence is survived by her loving children: Jim (Sylvia), Dennis (Julie), Peggy (Wayne), Susan (the late Fred); dear grandchildren: Mark, Laura (Matthew), Betty (Eric), Matthew, Beth Ann, Brian; and great-grandchildren: Brody, Flynn, Rowyn, Evan, Erin, and Parker. She was a quilter and devoted member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. After her husband’s retirement Florence and Reno spent many years traveling in their motorhome. They enjoyed the years of adventures and making friends on the road. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul Lutheran Church or a favorite charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 12, 2022, beginning with a gathering at 2:00 pm until time of service at 3:30 pm, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 22915 Greater Mack Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48080.
