France “Leroy” Incarnati, age 88, passed away on March 8, 2025. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 17, 1936 to his late parents Moses and Mary Incarnati. Leroy is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Betty Lou; loving children: Dino (the late Karen), Anthony (Karen Ann), Tina (Jeff) Smith; dear grandchildren: Anthony, Dominic, Austin, Ashley, Adrian, AnnaBella, Anthony II, Joshua, Noah, Lacey; great-grandchildren: Jonah, Bronson, Leo; and sister: Judy (Ray). He was also preceded in death by his siblings: Tony, Donald, Robert, and Ruth. Leroy served in the United State Army during the Vietnam War. He was a union cement mason retired with BAC Local 2. Leroy loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a hardworking family man and put his family above everything else. Inurnment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
