Frank Joseph Gifford, 48, passed away July 31, 2018. He is survived by his loving mother Mary, siblings Richard and Elizabeth and many nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his father Richard and sisters: Kathy and Claire. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Capuchins.
