Fred R. Payne, age 88, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on March 29, 2018, in Warren, Michigan. He was Born on October 4, 1929, in Highland Park, Michigan. Fred is the loving husband of Mary K. Payne. He is the beloved father of Nancy Payne, Raymond (Sophia) Payne, and David (Crystal) Payne. Fred is the cherished grandfather of Raeanne Payne and Celina Payne. He is the dear brother of John (Lucille) Payne and the late Irene (Lou) Searles. Fred will Lie In-State on Thursday April 5, 2018, beginning at 9:30 am, until time of Mass at 10:00 am, at St. Basil Catholic Church 22851 Lexington Ave., Eastpointe, Michigan 48021. Family will receive friends on Wednesday April 4, 2018, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a K of C Rosary at 7:00pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
