Frederick C. Boyne, age 85, of Eastpointe, Michigan passed away on April 23, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan. Frederick was the loving and devoted husband of the late Delphine for 64 years. Dearest father to Michelle (Michael) Okros, Jeffrey Boyne, and Kevin (Susan) Boyne, and loving grandfather to Katelyn Burkart, Lauren Boyne, and the late Alexander Burkart. Dear brother to Patricia (the late Gerald) Ament. Preceded in death by his parents Casmer and Wanda Bojanowski. Also survived by many family members and friends. Frederick was an active parishioner of St. Veronica Church and a fourth degree Knight of Columbus. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm, with a K of C Rosary at 7:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
Frederick will lie in-state on Saturday, April 29, 2023, beginning at 9:30 am until time of mass at 10:00 am, at St. Veronica Catholic Church 21440 Universal Ave., Eastpointe, Michigan 48021.
Memorial donation in memory of Frederick are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Fund or Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
