I worked closely with Gary at Comerica before he retired. I consider him a mentor. He was always knowledgeable and willing to help me. He got more joy; however, from talking about life outside of work. I know that Gary genuinely looked forward to retirement and I hope he enjoyed his to the fullest. My sincerest condolences to the family, I know that he loved his grand children.

I was so sorry to hear the news about Gary. I golfed with him on the Monday night league. He was a great man. He always had some great stories. He only came out a few times last season. We missed him each week. He will be greatly missed this 2020 golf season.

Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

God Bless

So sorry to hear this sudden news about Gary. I golfed with him on our Monday night golf league. He was a joy to know. Always smiling and chuckling. He could hit the ball a long way. He let me share his cart once in a while if I needed to! He always talked about his kids or grandkids.... I could tell he was a great dad and grandpa! My condolences and prayers for him and his family. He will truly be missed.
