Mr. Gary Edward McCarty, age 72, a resident of Harrison Township passed away on November 28, 2014. He was born on May 30, 1942 in Detroit. Mr. McCarty was a tool and Die Maker at General Dynamics for many years and served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife Sharon, his children Ann Marie (Edward) Muss, Michelle (Jim) Sanders, Tracy (Jeff) Tewilliager, Amy Margaret McCarty, Lane (Carrie), and the late Gary Edward (Jennifer) McCarty II. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 6 ½ great grandchildren and his sister Janice Bruce. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-9pm followed by a funeral service 10am Tuesday morning at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. Committal services and military honors will follow the services at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township.
