Jacob T. Rutkowski, age 88, a longtime resident of St. Clair Shores, died on February 16, 2016 in Port Huron. He was born on March 31, 1927 in Pigeon, Michigan and was employed for many years as a Hi Lo driver for Budd Wheel. He is survived by his children Tom, Mike (Tim), Donna, Paul (Sherry) and Glen (David). He was preceded in death by his wife Ena, daughter Carol and great granddaughter Ena. Visitation Friday 3-9pm with a 7:30 pm rosary service at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. In state Saturday 10am until 11am, the time of the funeral service at Faith Apostolic Church of Troy, 6710 Crooks Road, Troy.
