James A. Scruggs, age 49, passed away June 13, 2017. Beloved father of Jordan Scruggs, Michael Santi, James D. Scruggs, William Scruggs and Allison Scruggs; loving brother of Stacy, Carrie, Robert and Becky. James is predeceased by parents James and Elaine and son James Alexander.
