James Walter Therssen

James Walter Therssen, age 72, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on February 16, 2020. He was born on March 17, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan to the proud parents of George and Catherine Therssen. James is the beloved husband of Deborah Therssen for 41 years. He is the loving father to Kelly (Mark) Geier. Jim is the cherished grandpa to Claire James Geier, his favorite little girl. He is the dear brother to John Therssen and Sandra Therssen. James was preceded in death by his brother Ronald (Nancy) Therssen. He leaves behind many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and his pup Murphy. Jim will lie in-state on Thursday February 20, 2020, beginning at 9:30 am until time of mass at 10:00 am, at St. Thecla Catholic Church 20762 S. Nunneley Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035. Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 19, 2020, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
