Dearest father Rick (Dawn) Powell, Steve (Sheri) Woodward, Jeremy Powell, Laurie Rich, and Jennifer (Ed) Kuligowski; grandfather of 15; great grandfather of 1. Also survived by brothers Lyle (Nancy) Woodward, Ray Woodward, and sister Joanne (Ken) Shann. He was preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Phyllis and his brother Doug. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Visionpointe Assembly of God, 9444 Dodge Rd., Otisville, Michigan.
