Judy (Rider) was sister to Peggy (Rider).  Peggy was married to Robert Gerald Kilgus for 54 years and Passed on on 3/17 2023.  I did not know how to pass this on to her family.  Judy was like a mother to Peggy as a child.  The sisters had not had contact for decades.  But I miss Peggy sorely and want others to know she was loved and is no longer with us.  Robert G. Kilgus

Your mother really was one of those special people who inspired and helped people in their lives by simply being herself.  We were neighbors on Somerset, and even though I was just a child, she never made me feel that way.  She encouraged me, through conversation, and sharing books and ideas - in so many ways that I still see her influence today.  Mrs. Itoney was also a wonderful friend to my mother. There are so many who will miss her!  I am so very sorry for your loss.

I remember Mrs.Itoney very well as a child growing up across the street. She was always very nice. She was a nice person. And a good mom. May she be at rest now.

Words cannot express my sorrow in learning of Judy's untimely death.  Judy was a very genuine and generous person with a kind heart and good friend to all.  She will be missed by all who knew her.
